I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue therapy to promote well being and stress relief. I grew up in Kansas City. I went to Jccc and graduated with a BA from UMKC. After working in the corporate world for years and experiencing burnout, exhaustion and overwhelm, I decided to pursue a career in the healing arts. I received my training at Kansas City Massage Institute, in Kansas City, and I am licensed in the city of Lenexa and Leawood. My aim is to provide you with a professional and safe experience so that you can get the treatment you need. I provide a restorative environment for you to destress. Your session is customizable with aroma therapy and deep tissue, and/or trigger point therapy focusing on tension areas to improve general sense of well being, and release muscle tension.
